The Elections for the Lodge are coming up in December 2017, for the Masonic Year of 2018.

Nominations for the 5 elected positions will be accepted before the first stated meeting in November. Section 7.02 of the Digest. No nominations will be accepted thereafter Time of elections shall be held according to By-laws Section 7.01 of Regulation 24.05 of the Digest of the Masonic Law of Florida Uniform code of Buy`-Laws (2017). Discussions regarding nominees for office may take place among brethren but not in open Lodge

PLEASE NOTIFY YOUR MEMBERS BY EMAIL OR TRESTLEBOARD AND IN LODGE, THAT THE FINAL DEADLINE TO UPLOAD YOUR PHOTO INTO CIRCUMSCRIBE BEFORE ALL REMAINING PLASTIC DUES CARDS ARE PRINTED IS SEPTEMBER 30, 2017. PLASTIC DUES CARDS ARE IN THE PROCESS OF BEING MAILED TO THE LODGE SECRETARIES FOR THOSE MEMBERS THAT HAVE ALREADY DOWNLOADED A PHOTO. AFTER THE DEADLINE, ANYONE WHO HAS NOT UPLOADED THEIR PICTURE WILL RECEIVE A PLASTIC DUES CARD WITHOUT A PHOTO. THE COST TO ORDER A CARD WITH YOUR PHOTO AFTER SEPTEMBER 30, 2017, WILL BE $5.00, NO EXCEPTIONS. I HAVE ATTACHED 1^ST TIME LOG IN INSTRUCTIONS TO THIS EMAIL TO SEND TO YOUR MEMBERS.
